 | Shredder test 2010 In August and September 2010, ARN Advisory carried out a shredder test in which mass balances were drawn up for the entire car wreck recycling process. Periodical shredder tests are needed for the annual report to the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment (previously known as the Ministry of Housing, Regional Development and the Environment). Another reason for carrying out a shredder test in 2010 was to obtain a baseline measurement before the PST factory is put into service in 2011. Read more >> |  | ARN Recycling Services to enter into a joint venture with Kroon-Oil Kroon-Oil has developed an Environmental Care Plan (‘Milieu Zorgplan’) in collaboration with ARN Recycling Services (ARN RS). This joint venture between Kroon-Oil and ARN RS will ensure the acquisition of knowledge and expertise in waste disposal and the environmentally responsible, efficient processing of waste. Kroon-Oil will launch the Environmental Care Plan at the AutovakRAI 2011 (28 - 31 March) in Amsterdam. Read more >> |  |  | Successful area meetings of ARN Auto Recycling On 8, 10, 15, 16 and 17 February, ARN Auto Recycling held area meetings for all affiliated car dismantling companies. The reason for this was a customer satisfaction survey carried out in 2010. One of the things that came out of the survey was that there is a greater need for interaction between ARN and the car dismantling companies.
